I actually have a giant bag of plaster of paris in my garage right now. I’m thinking about trying some home made chalk paint again. The last time I made some, it came out really grainy, but perhaps I didn’t mix it long enough. Great post!
Christine – if you are not planning on distressing your furniture after you paint it, you may want to try mixing it in the blender. It cleans up like a champ! Or you can sift the Plaster of Paris before you add it to the paint.
